As a teen in high school in 1979, I got started in the banking industry part-time. Years later, I ventured out on my own to assist many with their mortgage needs. I have been helping first time home buyers become rent-free homeowners with zero down since 1993. In a straightforward and easy to understand way, I educate my clients on the confusing homebuying process. It empowers them to make a well-informed decision and to negotiate from a position of strength. For such reasons, I wrote "Buying with 0 Down," and "Why Rent When You Can Own." And the author of numerous articles designed to help those in need and to train spiritual coaches.. Helping many with the issues of life is a time-consuming endeavor.

I enjoy being a prolific writer, mentor, and coach to 1000s of young people worldwide. Since 2013, Eduardo has been volunteering as a spiritual coach, mentoring, and counseling people who are hurting and feeling without hope as an advisor. However, lifting and encouraging a troubled soul is one of the most satisfying and rewarding experiences life can offer. In the past, I needed a helping hand. Today, I pay it forward.
